FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY

We guarantee each Hesed Timepiece we sell to be free of defects and to work dependably for at least 1 year from your date of purchase. If your Hesed Timepiece malfunctions within this 1 year period, we will repair or replace the timepiece for you. Please use the following link to process your warranty claims.

Kindly note that the warranty on our timepieces will be voided by the following circumstances: Internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishaps, mishandling, abusive treatment of the watch (including but limited to accidental knocking/dropping, wearing the watch in a hot-tub/sauna, unscrewing of the crown). Modifications, attempted repairs, or tampering with the watch by unathorised third parties will also render the warranty void.
